The C.H. Moore Homestead DeWitt County
Museum is available for weddings and receptions. The Moore Mansion will
accommodate small weddings as does the carriage barn. Larger groups can
utilize the lawn or covered bridge area.
The carriage barn is also available for receptions. A discount is
offered if the wedding and reception both take place at the museum on
the same date.

The DeWitt County Museum Association
encourages photographers to utilize our property for photo sessions and
we will always strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, those
who are utilizing the museum's private property solely for the purpose
of taking photographs are now required to make previous arrangements
with the museum.
Please provide a certificate of insurance and submit the
necessary form. Scheduling is based on the museum calendar. No date can
be reserved until the form and certificate of insurance have been
received. Upon approval, the form will be returned to you and your
date/time confirmed by a museum representative.
